When will I get a return on my investment?

Parallel Flight is a private startup company. By investing, you have purchased equity in the business and are supporting its growth.

In response to investor inquiries we periodically receive regarding timing of returns, it is important to note that as a private company operating under applicable securities regulations, there are limitations on the forward-looking information we can share regarding future financial performance or potential liquidity events.

While startups often follow a general timeline of 5–8 years toward liquidity from inception, this is not guaranteed, and actual timing may vary.

What will liquidity with Parallel Flight Technologies look like?

Liquidity events for startups typically occur through an acquisition or an initial public offering (IPO).

As outlined in our offering materials, securities issued under Regulation Crowdfunding are speculative and illiquid in nature. Any potential return is dependent on a variety of factors over time. We will continue to keep investors informed as we progress toward long-term value creation.

How can I stay updated on the company’s progress and milestones?

We are committed to maintaining consistent and transparent communication with our investor community.

Investors receive quarterly updates, as well as required filings including Form 1-SA and Form 1-K in accordance with SEC regulations. These include formal disclosures such as annual reports with audited financials.

In addition, we share company milestones, announcements, and field updates through investor communications and our LinkedIn channel.

To ensure you receive updates, please confirm we have your current email address by contacting invest@parallelflight.com. You can also follow us on social channels for additional insights and behind-the-scenes updates.
